Ordered 2 of these items, as naturally I needed spares as some risk getting broken with use. To my extreme disappointed, these 2 ended up delivered to me Broken! A refund request can only be completed on return of the items - does it make sense for me to return some broken glass in a box? Very disappointed - tried to order again
