One part can’t be assembled.
The middle part can’t be assembled as there are nothing to assemble it on. I don’t know how to describe but I’ve read some people had the same issue. However It’s not a big issue for me.

Only downside is the screws are not concealed

My cat loves this, it is a little unstable so I would strongly advise that it is fixed to a wall etc.
