Every once in a while on Amazon, I get a relatively low-priced product from an unknown "brand" that totally exceeds my expectations and this is one of those times. Eight ounce dark green glass bottles--a perfect smaller size for protecting fragile products like olive oil from the destructive effects of light--aren't that easy to find. But these bottles feature everything I hoped to find and more at a low price of just $3.50 each.• First, you will not believe how well they are packed at this (or any!) price point. Short of being run over by a tractor-trailer, I can't imagine anything that would cause damage in transit.• The glass bottle, itself, is thick, well-made and features sides that curve gently inward which are nicely shaped for holding/pouring. The dark green color is exactly what you would expect.• The six stainless steel pour spouts give you a choice of two types: three have a hinged metal flapper that covers the pour tube when not in use. And three have a removable plastic black cover that seals out air completely from the pour tube. I prefer the flapper-type since there's no risk of removable covers getting lost. The rubber or silicone ribbed stopper portion of these pour spouts fits very securely in the bottle neck, no leaks when pouring.• For non-poring applications or longer term storage of oil and other liquids, there are six plastic caps with separate ribbed stoppers that fit into the bottle neck, giving you a VERY secure seal.So, what's not to like? Nothing! I have seen what appear to be these identical bottles on Amazon from another seller, but priced much higher. In fact, I didn't really need six bottles, but these were priced lower than three bottles that I was about to order from the other seller. I'm sure I'll find use for the extras!

These are really nice, heavy duty bottles with lots of tops options. I've moved my oils and vinegars into them and made my own labels. It's best to keep oils in dark bottles so they last longer. I've also started making my own flavored vinegars. I'm really happy there are so many spout/cap options esp for long-term storage.Highly recommend.

I wanted a small, dark bottle to hold/pour olive oil at the dining room table. This is perfect. (Have not tried to clean this, so can’t evaluate that). I love the way the oil pours- much smaller amount than I am used to and it’s really helpful. I find myself reaching for it while cooking also- which is nice. The only negative? When you pull the small black top off, the whole stopper comes out WAY too easily. I have to hold it down while pulling off the black cap. Definitely a negative! Perhaps better with a swing cap on the top- but that definitely wouldn’t seal as well as this does. Overall, very happy with purchase. Just a bit “off”.Next is using other bottles to make flavored oil.

Love them - case came with two different types of tops weirdly.

I made a chili oil for Christmas gifts for my family and used these bottles. They come with leakproof inserts and a screw cap as well as the stainless steel dispenser top. All I had to do was put my spices into the bottle, fill to the shoulder with olive oil and replace the solid insert and lid. That let me shake the bottles regularly to mix the oil as it aged without having it leak all over the place. Once it was ready, I switched out the insert and screw cap with the dispensing lid. It looks so very nice now. I left the spices in the bottle and so far, haven't had any problems with them clogging the neck of the dispenser. The green color is very attractive and will protect the oil from sunlight degrading it too quickly, although it does hide the colors and shapes of the spices. I made an extra bottle of the oil for myself so I could test everything before giving as gifts. I am very happy with the results and I'm sure my family will be pleased with it, too. Now let's just hope they all like a hot spicey chili oil. If they don't, well then, they still have a very attractive oil dispenser for their table.

Bottles are a perfect size to make homemade infused extra virgin olive oil for gifts. Great buy!

I got these so they could fit in the cabinet over the stove. Fit just right. The spouts work great, the glass is good quality, they’re doing their job.

As others have said these are great for decanting a large container of oil, vinegar, or syrup into a reasonable size for the cupboard or countertop. I bought them for flavored oils and vinegars, and they are just the right size. They came very well packed in a plastic bubble form. Note that the black lids have plastic inserts - in my photo one of the inserts is turned on its side inside the plastic cap. Without the insert the caps are not drip-proof, but with the inserts are great for longer-term storage. The bottles came with black "chalkboard" labels but no chalk, and I don't see us using them. I gave only 3 stars for "easy to clean"... which is as good a rating as any narrow necked bottle can expect to get.

The bottled are a good size and the spouts are convenient, but one bottle was cracked and leaked oil all over my shelves. If you order make sure to check before filling to avoid the mess!

The glass bottles are ok. Some of them had scratches.The caps seem to be of a low quality material. I doubt it's silicone or even food safe.
