Megafood is the best prenatal vitamin I have ever taken. After giving birth (2 years and half ago) I lost alot of my hair and had a big bald spot on my head. This vitamin truly helped me recover my hair back and crazy enough my curls have become more defined. It's my 3rd month taking it and it has made a huge difference. As for pregnancy; still working on that but will come back to give a review to confirm. I highly recommend this compared to what usually OBGYN prescribed.

during my postpartum phase i was suffering with hair loss but a family friend recommended me about these prenatal vit she used these in her postpartum.since i am using these i can see alot difference with my skin and hairs.

These are the only prenatals that didn't upset my stomach and were so easy to take because of the size.

These helped keep me energized and healthy postpartum! Great for after having the baby and to help ensure you’re getting all the nutrients you need to breastfeed, and stay healthy during the postpartum period. I definitely recommend. They’re small, easy to take.. don’t leave any after taste .. and do not cause constipation which is a problem with some supplements as other moms may know.

Don’t let the label full you, it says “mini” but these things are HUGE! They don’t taste or smell weird tho and have all the good things in them for baby and you!
