As someone who has a hard time keeping my head from lolling back and forth when sleeping during a flight, this was an absolute godsend. This pillow allowed me to sleep in a comfortable position during my flight and it was very easy to inflate and deflate. It’s worth noting that it does take up quite a bit of room so meal time was a little tricky since I didn’t want to inflate and deflate it multiple times. The face hole was also a little uncomfortable around my chin, so it took a few tries to figure out how to position my face in it but once I did, everything else was fine. I kept my glasses and personal belongings in it by my hands while sleeping so I didn’t have to worry about losing them. It also doesn’t take up too much room in my carry on for how big it is once fully inflated. Overall a great purchase and I definitely recommend for long haul flights.

I opened it up and tried it out before my trip. I recommend doing this because the plastic has an odor out of the box which goes away if you let it air out for a while. I was surprised how easy it was to inflate. U need to follow the directions and inflate both the inner and outer portions. It gave me excellent support. It’s kind of large so do not inflate it on the plane until u r ready to use it. I felt like everyone around me noticed it and felt jealous. I was grateful I thought ahead because I would’ve been exhausted and miserable without it. I slept a solid 4.5 hours! The other good thing about this product is that u can use it even if ur in a middle seat because all u need is your tray table down. U might even be able to use it on ur lap but I didn’t try that. You must use the eye cover that comes with it because the edges of the plastic where ur face rests will hit uncomfortably on your face without it. The eye patch is padded to ensure you can rest comfortably. I was able to deflate the pillow easily and put it back in the carrying case which fits very snug. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Compact and comfortable! Inflates quickly and supports the neck well. Pros: Soft material, easy storage. Cons: Needs occasional reinflation.

We travel abroad several times per year. I was so tired of a sore upper back, neck, and shoulders after a long plane ride. So I tried this thing. Omgosh, it was amazing. First, it deflates to a tiny box so you can easily carry on. Plus you can use it in a variety of ways, from filling the void between you and the window, to cushioning your ribs from the hard armrest, to leaning forward on. I liked it so much I bought one for my husband and best friend, who travels with us. Side note, it folds so small that she didn’t know I had it when we went to Italy last year and I sat right in front of her. The medium is a good size if you aren’t overly tall. I’m 5’2” and my husband is 5’10” and we both felt it provided support and back pain relief. It’s also easy to sanitize. Highly recommend to make air travel slightly less miserable.

The pillow helped with a very long flight but it was not as nice as advertised. The hole for your face is slightly too large (I have a normal head) so my head slid through putting too much pressure on either my forehead or chin. After about 30 min I would wake up with that spot hurting. I also had one of my 4 flights (9-12 hours each) tell me I couldn’t use it. She said it wasn’t safe. The other three flights didn't say anything. Side sleeping was good. And it was super easy to blow up and store. It made the very long economy flights about 25% less painful.

I absolutely love this ! If you are a fan of sleeping on your side or on something definitely get this! It’s nice and compact to fit inside my personal item, easy to set up and pack up For it for my Hawaii trip and 10/10 recommend !!

Save your money. What a waste of time, energy and resources. This is a joke. As you sit in economy, barely able to inflate it, and desperately trying to prevent the air from escaping as you seal it, you get a semi- firm, itchy plastic covered in a fuzz like material, blow up thing to rest your face on. The “cradle” that should comfortably hold your face has plastic seams that that will absolutely prevent you from any comfortable position. Also, once inflated you are stuck in one single position the duration. I could not fall asleep with this piece of trash, I tried for 6 hours and gave up. Neighboring passengers will hate you for it too. Because of the space it takes up, it can make any attempt by you (or others) to get up to say, use the toilet??? There’s no where to reasonably move it. You can deflate and start over. However that’s just more aggravation. I’m so frustrated I missed the return window as we had not yet returned from our travels. So I’m begging others to save themselves, and avoid this like the plague you might get on the plane ( from other passengers that still don’t seem to understand the concept of masking when ill.) I read a LOT of reviews before buying. Pros: - You can lean forward and sleep in a car or plane - It’s easy to deflate and put back into its bag (I read a lot of complaints about this, but in my experience deflation and careful rolling is quick and gets it easily back into its bag) - Packs small Cons - It’s pretty big in the seat, so you have to work around it if you don’t want to deflate it. - One of my arms fell asleep even though I put it through the holes. But hey! At least I got some rest!!! - It’s big enough that on my ultra cheap (hand-baggage-only) trip, I didn’t want to waste precious space carrying it. Oh how jealous I was seeing someone else sleeping with theirs on that 5:30 am flight. - It has a strong odor. But even though I am allergic to latex and sensitive to strong odors, I have no problem putting a sweater over it and laying my head down. I think this thing is great and well worth the money!!

I got this for my wife for her dream trip to Isreal as the trip was 10 hour flight. Well, it came packaged in a great little carry bag took no room in her carry-on. When she took it out for the flight it was so easy to inflate and the height and angle were absolutely perfect for her to get a good sleep on the flight. Perfect for the long flight. Quite a few people asked and were very impressed. She was the only one that had a good sleep.
