Q: ?Will this break bicycle chains?

No it's too big made for large links and the pin is way too big look for specific bicycle chain breaker

Q: Could you use this for a 415H 1/2 x 3/16 chain?

This unit broke the first time we used it, we borrowed another style, and that worked first time, don't buy this unit!

Q: Do u know if this will work on a 35? Chain?...i have a db30 kids dirt bike withna 212 motor on it..and need a better chain.badly-got nitrous

i tried it on a 35 chain and it fell apart. i reverted back to filing off the head and driving out the pin. It took about 2 mins. sometimes the old way is best!
