Hydroflask
I've been using Hydro Flask for a while now and truly believe it's one of the top insulated bottles on the market. The temperature retention is unmatched, and the build quality overall feels premium. However, I was disappointed to see that the base of the bottle is quite fragile. After a minor drop, the bottom dented significantly (see photos). For a product designed to be durable and adventure-ready, I think this area needs to be reinforced or redesigned to better withstand impact. Still a great product, but I hope future models address this weak point. Keep up the great work!

Damaged item on delivery even though seal is intact
The hydro flask arrived with a seal but clear damage on the exterior. So many dents and scratches like its been dropped several times.
