Not worth the price.
I purchase this car seat from another vendor. Totally not impressed. The apparatus to keep my son from sliding the chest buckle down seems unsafe. There's a loop that goes behind the neck. My son was yanking the chest strap down and hurting his neck. The plastic "lock" to keep the chest buckle from being unbuckled was easily broken off by my special needs son. For the price, we should have had a better quality, more durable, and safer product. Agree with the other comments 100%

durabilities not there
I believe this chair is not for disabled people. The material is hard plastic and no padding for constant use for a disabled person. It was to small for our son. This is standard but even baby car seats have padding which this doesn't. It is hard plastic that is not flexible at all in the actual car. Doesn't adhered to the seat unless sitting properly straight up and most people even normal not disabled couldn't seat in this properly for long trips like a car. We will stick to the wheelchair and tilting it. If child is got a brace on it doesn't work either. Remember it your cost to return it not theirs. From Fl to ND is 268.00 Fedex. your out of pocket and it is not your fault it should be returned by manufactor or amazon.

Price is a rip off
It’s so messed up to spike up prices just because the word “special needs” is attached to the item. There is no reason this simple car seat is close to 1000 dollars smh. You would think that someone with a special needs child would need a break knowing how much wee have to buy “special things” to care for our children. Such a shame!
