Great for specific tasks
Our oral surgeon wanted us to use this style of tip following surgery. It isn't the easiest thing to use but it does the job and contributes to healing.

These are recommended to me by dentists didn't even know they existed they were great on the backside of your teeth I use my regular one on the front side but really do the job would highly recommend purchase

A game changer for back of teeth
I’ve been using a water pick for decades, and it never did a good job on the back of my teeth, I couldn’t get a good angle to get right at the gum line. This does the trick. I hope my gum pocket measurements will improve. I with I’d known this existed.
