This fixed the machine perfectly, the balance is perfect now. It was a pain to take the machine apart but once it was apart they went in easily. Runs like a champ. Thank you

The washer was shaking violently and giving us the off balance error code. We were skeptical about these suspension rods (and if that was even the issue), but thought for $30 why not give it a try. Took about 15 minutes to replace them after watching a YouTube video. Washer now works like new. Saved us A LOT of money.

Easy and inexpensive fix
I recently installed these balancing springs on my 4 year old Samsung washer, It took me about 30 mins following a video that I found on youtube. These replacement parts seem to be well made and very similar to the original, time will tell but for now Im satisfied with the result.

These work great. I washed a sleeping bag and a separate load of 2 blankets and sheets and it never became unbalanced. I tried some others first that were longer and they didn't work. It still kept being unbalanced. These finally fixed the problem.
