Yes.I have used these for 5 years and they work great. Get the one with the clear bowl.

will 10 micron filter out fuel gel caused from water contamination?

Probably till filter is spent. You should drain gas tank to remove bad gas or it will always be a problem.

Does anyone know where to get an o ring that fits between the filter and bowl?

You should have received one with new filter. Go to any marine parts and service center with your filter and they should have one to sell you for about a dollar or so. These rings go bad because of alcohol in fuel so dealer should have in stock. Alcohol in fuel makes them go bad. when you remove filter sometimes it will not go back on because alcohol ruined it.

Does this filter come with the rubber gasket and O-ring?

This filter comes with the standard rubber gasket that goes against the engine but not with the "0"ring that goes between the plastic cup and the filter.
