Great quality. Wish they were cheaper though. We have two cats that eat nothing but this so it gets expensive. We have one with pancreatitis and she is doing better on this, less throwing up. Not completely gone but definitely better. Both cats like the flavor, wasn’t always that way trying to find something that works.

I had bought him a very expensive bougie duck pate and he hates it so much if I sneak it into his other food he wont eat any of it. But this one he ate it all and was very happy with his meal. I will be buying again. I like that the first 3 ingredients are duck, turkey broth, and chicken liver. I don't like that the 4th is potatoes and don't like the gums and carrageenan fillers. Sames as with human industrial food, not necessary and not good for glycemic cats. Seems impossible to avoid unless I make my own but don't have the time at the moment. I will buy this again.

My little cat has grain sensitive IBS. I'm glad I found the Blue Buffalo products! I've have introduced the canned food slowly over the last couple of weeks. (He is on Blue Buffalo Sensitive Stomach for Adult Cats dry cat food). So far we've been okay for Duck and Salmon. I'm going to buy some other varieties for him in the future. It's expensive but smells good enough to eat. It probably is better then most of the food I do eat. It contains almost all meat. If your cat eats too fast and throws it up or gets the runs you can mix it with dry food. I do as a precaution since my cat gets insane diareah and can't control his bowels. The smell is overwhelming. He's a very social cat with an antisocial situation with his digestion! For some of the negative comments about this product it sounds like their animals may have been allergic to potato or had IBD. Some comments I read were clearly about a different Blue Buffalo or Cat Food product and not this one. This is the highest quality cat food I have ever come across and can't recommend it highly enough for cats with grain allergies.

I bought the duck recipe. It's the only thing my older cat with IBS will eat. This is much cheaper than the local pet store price per can. None of the cans were dented.

I purchased this online for the convenience and the price- I had wrist surgery and was not able to drive or lift. My Siamese absolutely LOVES this blue wilderness duck recipe when I buy it from PetSmart, she licks the plate clean. I received this delivery, everything about the packaging was the same, I even double checked the best by date on the bottom (August 10 2019). When I opened the can I noticed 2 things right away -The color and the smell. Maybe it is a bad batch not sure. The color of the food was almost a shade of grey and it had an almost rancid smell to it. I didn't have any of the store bought to compare it to at the time, so I thought maybe it was all in my head, and I also know from experience that there can be slight variation from batch to batch. I fed the food to my kitties. They were NOT a fan, and were hesitant to even touch the stuff, and for the 1st time since I have owned them they developed a bad case of diarrhea that lasted for several days. After eliminating this food from their diet the GI problem continued. We took her to the vet to rule out anything more severe (as she was still drinking, eating and playing with her sister). The vet was not able to determine a definitive cause, suggested she probably ate something that didn't agree with her and gave us a probiotic. She is finally feeling better. and I purchased new food from the store and she is gobbling it all up like normal. Will not risk purchasing this again. Convenience and cost savings are not worth a sick kitty.

Generally speaking, all cat loves wet food better than dry food. With this one, all seems ok for now. The price is a little bit high tho.

Would be a very good thing...if the MAKER could manage to bring out the LARGER VERSION 150 ML? For a household of several cats. Cheers Jutta.
