Wild blueberry

Absolutely love them . So great I. Yogurt, or overnight oats

Delicious, and well freeze dried. They rehydrate when in wet recipes and stay fresh for many many months.

Wild blueberries/bilberries are and old German remedy for any kind of inflammatory gut problem. I did not quite expect them to be so brittle, but I suppose that's what freeze-drying does. Not the type of product to eat a handful as a snack, but they add nice texture and intense flavour to yoghurt or cereal or you could easily grind them into a powder. I would buy these again.
