Why does this knife blade says 3S5 VN istead of S35 VN?

Its an error. Blade steel is S35 VN.

What size torx bit can tighten the little pocket clip? This knife is awesome btw.

I’m not sure on the exact size it’s gonna be a small torx like t3 or t4 however make sure you put loctite on the threads it will keep them from loosening in the future. What an awesome knife SOG made glad to see them making USA knives!

What angle should i sharpen the blade? Mine came dull, cant cut with it.

I am surprised yours came dull. Mine could shave out of the box. But I keep mine sharpened at a 19 degree angle and it seems to work very well and retain the edge quite awhile.
