By far the best results. Flavor selected was an accident. However, peanut is not that bad. Not my preferred but it did the job. The protein results are good. I had issues with the USPS in Puerto Rico. They held the package for over a week without an attempt to deliver. Be aware.

I use chocolate almond/cashew silk milk (has extra protein) to mix this in. I’ve tried the chocolate flavor and the vanilla which were both good in their own right. But this peanut butter cookie flavor is absolutely delicious! I love it. Especially with my chocolate silk milk. It’s like drinking a chocolate peanut butter cookie.

Taste is better than expected, smells a lot like peanut but has a mild peanut taste. Really good nutritional values.

I read a lot of reviews complaining about the taste but, I bought it anyway because taste is so subjective. Now that I have tasted it for myself, I agree with them. It DOES have a metallic taste. As for the effectiveness, who’s to say? It’s difficult, if not impossible to measure that. I will not buy MuscleTech again.Edit: It's 8/18/2021. I have owned this for over a year. I finally just gave up on it. I am lowering the stars from a 2 to a 1. I can't stand to drink it. It doesn't expire for a few more months. So, it's not just old. It just tastes like crap. I bought another brand at Costco. It's higher in calories, but at least it tastes decent. The MuscleTech tastes horrible.
