Bought for use in my home gym. Serves its function really well!
These are very strong and simple to use. Just take your carabiner and attach it to this wheel and something else that's sturdy. I was able to do triceps' workouts, adductor workouts, and some grip training. I've only added about 150 pounds of weight on this, but it's held up really well. Just be careful when using your wire on this thing because it can get caught between the wheel and get stuck.

I have been building some pulley attachments for my rack and picked up this piece. Its works well just like any other pulley and functions as it should. I have tested it with 125lbs so far and there were no issues with stability. Most likely your cable will fail before this.
