What are the measurements of the box and of the opening to retrieve rolls?

Uses minimal space, perfect fit for my bathroom (4.9x13x19). I store seven (7) mega rolls of toilet tissue which is a convenient for me since I do not have to constantly refill. Top is use to hold jewelry, ipad, watches and etc prior to shower. Score 9 1/2 out of 10. Only because I use mega rolls and kind of difficult to remove at bottom. Still happy with the design. GSMITH

How do you load it, does the top lift off?

The top lifts off. Very easy and keeps the toilet tissue neatly hidden.

Can someone please measure the Roll Opening?

This is actually really cute but I returned it because the charmin mega plus roll doesn’t fit in the opening. A regular and double roll do fit.
