GLI Above Ground Pool Fence Add-On Kit C (2Sect)

I ordered the GLI Base Product, Kit B, and Kit C (x2) to install around our new pool, and thought I would give Amazon a shot since it was easy. Never will I make this mistake again. I am writing this review because it is the only recourse I have.The packages arrived over the course of three days, which wouldn't have been a big deal except it meant that the order was picked incorrectly. I received the GLI Base Kit, and BLUE WAVE Kit B and Kit C. I did some Googling, and the vendor address I ordered off Amazon (GLI) had the same address as BlueWave so I just figured it was packaged differently but ultimately the same product.It's not. I contacted Blue Wave to inquire about sending me matching caps (12 in total), however they declined saying that they only sell their products to Amazon, and I have to resolve the issue with them. They offered for me to purchase matching caps.I am not going through the work of uninstalling the product when a few simple caps would fix the issue, but I have no way to resolve the issue other than returning the product which is already installed. And have you installed above ground pool fencing? It's not fun.What I have learned:Big package purchases from Amazon that require installation should NOT be purchased because:1) Returning large stuff is a hassle2) Issues with outside vendors is difficult to navigate. Amazon houses and picks the product, so should an error be made, the vendor does not feel required to fix the issue (which...maybe it's not their responsibility, but I have no recourse otherwise.)Peace guys - don't order.

Bonjour,Il.me manque un poteau ( pièce C) comme la photo no 1, une fixation pour installer la clôture ( pièce A et B) comme sur la photo no 2 et un support cap comme sur la photo no 3. Je ne peux pas fixer mes 2 clôtures !!! Je peux juste en fixer une section! Pourriez-vous m'en faire parvenir svp? Le plus tôt possible car j'ai des exigences de la ville à respecter!J'attends de vos nouvelles rapidement svpMerci beaucoup

Nous n’avons que deux montent de soutien pour quatre rails, il en faudrait un de plus pour terminer la boucle!

Il manque un poteau ainsi que ses accessoires pour assembler les 2 sections. Très déçue
