Does the FemEcology Probiotic need to be kept refrigerated?

In the reviews, someone claimed they gained weight from taking these, can this happen?

These are probiotics... if you research the cause of weight gain, ususally it stems from over eating lot's of carbohydrates, processed sugars.. foods that have a lot of calories. Off balance hormones, like thryoid, or sex hormones, like estrogen and progesterone and even DHEAS can regulate your metabolism... but you should discuss these options with a doctor or practioner who treats these issues naturally.. have your blood tested for your levels to know where to begin and write down your symptoms.

does this contain lactobacillus? If so, how much? That's what I'm looking for.

Your ingredients say lactobacillus rhamnosus but is it GR-1? That is the strain that is supposed to help the most.
