Not a bad story -- my 2-year old loves this. The Barbapapas put on a play with a knight fighting a dragon. The only odd thing about the book is its drawing style, slightly variant from earlier titles in the series. All the human characters appear very 1970s, flared pants and all, and François and Claudine are virtually unrecognizable ...

Such a lovely story, this is one of the more interesting Barbapapa books in terms of plot (!) and references to traditional entertainment. I loved it as a child and so do my kids.
