warranty card is not filled up and even the purchase date is empty. Is it valid or do i have to contact seller?

MY TISSOT PURCHASED FROM AMAZON IN SEPT 2020 DID NOT HAVE THE WARRANTY CARD FILLED OUT EITHER EITHER SO I FILLED IT OUT MYSELF AND PUT IT IN THE BOX. REPLACED A 10 YEAR OLD FROM AMAZON. NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE OLD ONE BUT THE NEW WATCH IS EVEN MORE ACCURATE

is this the same watch model I would get from a Tissot dealer or do they manufacture different watches for non dealers
