These are the best vitamins geared towards vegans / those with plant-based lifestyles. You can tell because they emphasize the vitamins that are more difficult to get on a plant-based diet. Very easy on my stomach and easy to swallow. Amazing company and product. I think the price is reasonable. Highly recommended.

I know a lot of people say you do not need a multivitamin and can get everything you need from your diet. My diet sucks. I am a vegetarian so I need the iron boost among other things. I am always busy so I eat at a different time every day and once in a while miss it altogether. I have been taking these for a few years. I love them. I do not feel the tired feeling I felt before I started.

They are a slightly large pill but it's easy to swallow with water if you are used to taking pills. For some people who might dislike taking pills, the size might deter you. I've crushed it up once and added it to my smoothie and there was no bitter or foul taste/odor, if you would like to go that route. I take them with my vegan omega 3 pills I've also ordered on Amazon. I was happy to see it does include Iron in these vitamins so I dont have to take a secondary supplement pill for that as well. I've only starting taking them so I dont have much to report yet in the effectiveness or how it affects my energy levels but I haven't had any negative side effects. The only cons so far is that they're on the more expensive side of vitamins but worth it if you don't want to take anything with animal byproducts. I'm happy with this item so far!

As a lifelong vegan, I'm truly grateful for this company and this vitamin. I'm not being paid for this review. I just want to help other people who are searching for truly complete multivitamin. I'm fairly certain I've looked at every vegan multivitamin on the market while searching for one that was vegan, gmo and gluten free, and 3rd party tested. At minimum, it needed to include A,C, all the B vitamins, 100% of D3 (not D2), K2, iron, calcium, and magnesium. My husband told me I would never find a multivitamin that has EVERYTHING I want in it. He guessed I would have to buy a multivitamin, and then at least one extra supplement to get whatever is not in the multi. Enter VEGAN VITALITY multivitamins. They have everything I was looking for and more! If you're debating on giving them a try, I highly recommend them. You also can't beat the price!

As a vegan, it’s been hard to find the perfect vitamin that provides nutrients not otherwise provided in a vegan diet. I’ve tried many things, and this is the first one to bring my B12 and iron levels up to par without causing any weird side effects. I also love it because I take one pill as opposed to needing three to meet the daily value. I will definitely be buying this again once I run out.

Mit Abstand die besten Vitamin Tabletten, genau die Vitamine und Mineralien die VeganerInnen benötigen, top Preis für 6 Monate. Ich nutze sie schon ein paar Jahre und täglich und merke definitiv einen Unterschied in meinem Wohlbefinden wenn ich sie mal für länger als 1 Woche nicht nehme. Für mich ist die Größe kein Problem, kann mir aber vorstellen das manche Menschen Schwierigkeiten mit dem schlucken haben. Sie ist teilbar und löst sich nicht im Mund auf wenn man sie nicht sofort schluckt.

Lo acquisto regolarmente da tempo e lo assumiamo sia io che mia moglie ogni giorno. Il prodotto è molto valido. Mia moglie ha anche fatto degli esami del sangue a distanza di tempo e i valori dei micronutrienti nel sangue erano molto buoni. Lo consiglio!!

Je suis très satisfaite de la B12 de Vegan Vitality. Étant végétarienne depuis plus de 10 ans, j'en prends tous les jours. Au début je prenais la plus connue, la Veg1. Mais cette fois, je voulais en essayer une autre. Celle de Vegan Vitality apporte en plus des vitamine A, C et K et plusieurs minéraux qui ne sont pas dans la Veg1. La livraison était rapide et l'emballage était parfait. Je repasserai une commande mais j’alternerai entre Veg1 et Vegan Vitality. Chaque marque a des avantages et je pense que c'est mieux d'alterner.
