Good product bad installation
Product itself is of a good quality. We ordered as well the free installation but next time I'll do it myself; they came 6 hours late (was already mentioned by others) and the installation was done in a rush. Protection plastic was still on it after installation and hard to get off when it's already installed to the wall. Also a check valve was not able to be installed (and included in the box). So when installing and you have a "open system" (not recirculation) and the motor is off, it could draw air from outside the house. (I'm living in dubai so summer it will be hot and humid air). Ordered the valve for 25aed online and installed myself.
