How much should be added to 1 cup of flour?

I make challah and use about 3 pounds of flour. I use one round teaspoon to my recipe.

Please provide kosher certification. The item in pictures has kosher symbol but the package I received did not. It's for malted barley flour

I bought both the diastatic and non diastatic barley malt. The diastatic malt has a hesher the non diastatic does not. I would contact the company for the most accurate information.

I understand this is not malted milk, but does it dissolve when chewed?: Can it be digested mixed in smoothies? faintly sweet?

We have not used it yet. We purchased it to make malted flavored whipped cream so we could mimic a dessert we had at a restaurant. It appears we are looking for the same results.
