Bose vs Zulu 3... my pick for door's off, the Zulu 3!
I tried both the Bose and Zulu 3 in open door R44 use (I do aerial photography) and these, to me, seemed quieter AND less likely to trip the squelch when I was shooting and sticking my head close to the open door.I love the bluetooth (works great) and now can listen to some relaxing music as I'm working. Great, clear communication with my pilot and ATC (I don't chat with ATC, but I can hear it just fine).My previous headset was the David Clark noise-canceling, and while it's ok, I was ready to step up to something a bit quieter. And I wanted the bluetooth AND to give the DC's to friends when they joined me... good reason to spend money, right? ;-)

Great set.
Great for the price. I have tried the more expensive Bose, and I didn’t notice much difference. In my opinion, these are more comfortable.
