Called company and its citricin free , a substance that can cause liver damage and found in many RYR suppliments. At highest recomended dose gives you 9.6 g or almost max monocolin k dose ( the ingredient that lowers cholesteral like perscription statins that FDC allows before it's considered a drug. I took 4 pills a day (2400mg)because statins gave me bad side effects. It kept my cholesteral in check for 4 years . Then I went off it and my cholesteral jumped. Back on it now. Dr wants me to up it to 8 pills but I want to wait and see first if 4 pills (2400 mg) will keep me in range on next blood test. I'm afraid at that dose I 'll just try low dose statins my insurance would pay for.If you want to try RYR this is a good one to take. Made in usa PA lab 2400mg would be a therapudic dose.
