Good Quality Cable
Ends are protected with plastic caps (to anyone having trouble with the caps, just press the black button on the cable itself down and pull the cap off). Braided is a nice feature and hopefully adds to its longevity. Connectors are firm, not loose or too big. All in all a solid cable, good price too.

Good value for the money
Good cable with locking mechanism.Unfortunately it gives me a signal distortion when computer is turned off. So no signal but I have lines across my monitor forcing me to turn it off from sleep mode.I have to try another cable to see if the problem persists. I did not have this problem with my previous cable. Fault one perhaps? I may have to return the cable.

Very rigid
Despite the nylon braiding the cables are very stiff and hard to manuver but a big improvement over OEM cables

I'm always impressed by monoprice quality, it's a bit more expensive than similar listed products but it's a safe bet.
