My eyes are dry and sensitive to sunlight.This product is the only one I found on the shelves that significantly helps with sunlight. In the past, I used Angstrom with SPF but I no longer can find it. Of all the ones I've tried, this is the only good replacement.

Recommended these drops by my contact lens specialist as I have very dry eyes. Have been using these drops for about a month now and so far I’m impressed at how much better my eyes feel particularly when I am using my contact lenses.

I have Lupus and Sjögren's syndrome with very severe dry eyes amongst other things. I am trying ciclosporin prescribed by my specialist and using other drops also but came across this brand at my opticians so looked on their website and found these with Omega 3 etc. I can't take Omega 3 orally so this is a trial, keeping fingers crossed but so far my eyes are not needing application again for upto 3 hours during the day. This dry but I do get some relief. Worth trying if desperate.

So having suffered from dry eyes for many years I am always on the lookout for new products. This one sounded interesting as it had the omega 3, lipids etc. It wasn’t a cheap product but I thought if it works it’s worth it. I also read a research based paper using this product and it said there were no safety concerns. This is paramount when putting products into your eyes, and I wanted reassurance.I began using the product and it seemed ok then on day 2 I noticed a strange smell from the bottle. It was a rancid smell like fat that has gone off. My eyes were also red. The product does not contain preservatives and as it’s mainly made up of fat soluble vitamins it’s quite possible it was indeed rancid.I immediately emailed the drug manufacturer and got a poor response. No name or title at the end of the email it could have been the cleaner for all I knew. So I emailed again saying that I intended to do a yellow card and a review. I immediately got a response again from a person without a name. Apologising about the previous email and they would look into it. Sadly that was over a month ago. So they clearly do not look into the care of customers or their complaints. Without a doubt the product had gone off who would insert drops into their eyes which smelled terrible. So in short I would not recommend this product at all.Thankfully Amazon accepted my return an I was refunded in full.
