LCL Beauty2 in 1 High Frequency & Facial Steamer Multifunction Machine (No Bed)

I was so excited to receive this steamer but it’s been more of a headache. The screws do not line up at the base, and two people have been struggling to build it. It seems more of a product issue. What would have been an easy 10-15 minute build is taking us way longer to figure out. We most likely will have to drill a bigger hole at the base or just leave one screw out.

The media could not be loaded.  building it was so easy! I do agree that the screw on the very bottom is quite confusing but I honestly think that it is sturdy enough to where it doesn’t absolutely need the screw. I’m wondering about the rubber piece that wraps around the top of the water container. Is that supposed to stay on?

Steamer only lasted me less than a year then just stopped working. I realized I had a 1 year warranty which made me feel better - only until I got to the post office & found out I had to pay $125 just to ship it back for repair. At that rate I might as well just buy a brand new one which would also get to me much faster. Very disappointed & most likely won’t be purchasing from this company again

Didn’t last 3 months! For my business now I’m gonna have to buy another one!

Product is made cheap, the seal that wraps around the water reservoir is faulty, preventing proper steam to disperse, also ozone button not working.
