Not a Gimmick - B12 for Energy
Like I’ve said before - I fall for every gimmick when it comes to mental health. Weighted blanket? Tried it. Light therapy? Tried it. I opted for the b12 liquid because of the pure ingredients and no garbage in liquid. I have had it over a month and there’s still a lot left in the tincture . It tastes good, no side effects, and gives me a boost of energy which helps my mood. Great value for the money and easy to add to your morning routine.

After my lab work showed low B12, my functional medicine doctor recommended this product. They said the liquid is much better absorbed, so I heeded the advice. After taking it for 6 months, my energy has improved, and my new lab work showed a drastic improvement. Well worth the price.

Seems to be working well so far, downside is an uptick in appetite but other than that it’s all good!

Improved energy and mental clarity
I would give this more than 5 stars if I could… My sister in law is a pharmacist and they sell this exact product In her pharmacy..but they usually run out quickly (hence why I purchase online). I started taking this product because blood work showed that I was low in vitamin B12. After taking this product for 4 months, my b12 levels (According to bloodwork) came up drastically. I have increased energy, improved cognitive clarity, improved stamina with working out, and find it easier to get out of bed in the morning. Seriously, what a noticeable difference.
