Black and White Chevron Maxi Skirt - Trendy Clothing (L)

I bought a large after reading other reviews that indicated that it may run small. I am 5ft 5in tall and weigh 125 pounds. I usually buy mediums because I typically wear a 5 or 7 in juniors. This skirt fits me perfect in all the right areas, but is really long. It is fitted in the waist and rear and gradually flairs out towards the bottom. This skirt is stretchy and a tad bit thin. I wear slip shorts under it. I don't love the fact that the zig zags don't really line up at the seams and the yoga style waist has a row of elastic at the top. A yoga style waist doesn't need elastic to stay up. When I fold over the top, the elastic makes me look like I have love handles/ muffin top. Luckily I can sew because I will be removing the elastic before I wear it again.

I wasn't a fan of the material it is made out of because you would have to wear a slip in order to not be see-through. It's a nice print though!

Beautiful skirt. You can see through the white parts on the skirt. Fits well. Nice material that feels good on my skin.

If you are not super skinny and have no butt, don't order this. I fell in love with it at first sight and ordered a large. I have several maxi skirts that are and are almost too big, but I thought just in case it ran a bit small, I'd get a large. This fits like an extra small. It was so disappointed. It will sit in my closet until I find someone 5'9 and 100 lbs to wear it.

Tighter than what I expected/wanted

You'd have to be a stick person to wear this outfit, im not large but this dress made me feel like a hippo. very unforgiving material but love the design please refund my money thank you very much
