This little guy works like a champ for remote operation of the video on my iPhone. Lone drawback is that you can't tell if it is one or off and sometimes you feel compelled to walk across the room to make sure the video is going. But ultra small and good battery life.

Super easy to set up and happened within minutes. I am using it with a Samsung Tab E. It was a bit difficult to open the battery flap bare hand. but if you have something thin and sharp it pops up pretty easy.

The connection to my Iphone was very easy. It has been working very well. I have not tried it outdoors yet to see how far it will reach. It seems to be fine. It is a bit small so I will put it on a key chain so I don't lose it.

I have a Samsung note 4 phone and purchased this item to facilitate shooting video with the phone. There does not seem to be a way to make it perform that task. The remote does function as described for taking pictures, so if that is your intended use them it is good, though the battery also wore out in about 8 months, even though I wasn't using it at all. It's easy to press the button, so it is possible that it went dead from being pressed while in my bag. That is a design flaw, in my opinion. I most certainly would not purchase again.
