Beställde ett vitt apple-skal, fick istället ett skal i fel färg, fel märke och ett skal i hårdplast istället för silikon som jag hade beställt. När jag kontaktade företaget fick jag inte prata med någon verklig person utan fick välja mellan färdiga frågor. Istället för att få den rätta varan hemskickad till mig behövde jag själv leta upp närmsta postnordkontor för att göra en retur. Slappt och oprofessionellt.
