Today's Greatest Pop & Rock Hits: The Biggest Hits! the Greatest Artists! (Easy Piano)

I am a piano teacher in Wellington NZ. I chose this book because of the tunes available. The students have responded well to it. Good comments have come from my teenage students and a lot of my students have purchased a copy. I also like the tunes selected so teacher and students are enjoying the material. From a teaching point of view the books are well arranged with manageable parts and playable keys. I have created playlists for them to listen to because I believe listening is a huge part in learning music. It really helps with the phrasing and those with a good ear can add to the arrangements if desired using the chords provided. This was the best of the three books I sent for that day. So I gave it the highest rating.

Lots of good pop songs. This is an easy piano book so don't expect to play every note to every songs. It is a good book for someone who likes pop & rock but is relatively new to piano or is coming back to it after many years. Because this is a pop book, the songs have already started becoming outdated, but if you are not in high school and hip on the trends, this is a very good easy piano book.

My 12 year old son has been in piano for a year and this is a little to advanced for him. Live the song selection. Great price and product. Hopefully he will be able to play something out of the book soon.

My piano students wanted some contemporary music so I bought this book to supplement their lesson books. Arranged nicely for the intermediate player. A bit much for a beginner, but great for those who can read music and want a little challenge. Plus, the kids enjoy learning songs they love and this book has a nice selection.

Theas books are perfect for the first timer. It had me playing in no time.
