Air Fryer, Uten Air Fryers Oven 7.5 L, 8 Preset Programs, Preheat, Power Off Memory Function, Recipes, 1700W

My conventional oven was getting on for twenty years of age and was cooking stuff unevenly, plus energy bills were rapidly on the rise so it was a no brainer really to buy my first air fryer at this juncture. Spent about a week looking online for a suitable model and that included at well known stores such as Currys and Argos. I decided on the 7.5L Uten because of the large capacity, the silver colour, it's attractive looks - plus the price. At £83 I thought it offered great value. I've had it for nearly a month now and I'm really impressed with it. Cooking times have decreased significantly and the quality of the food has increased several notches too compared to how my old oven behaved. I'm especially happy with how battered fish turns out in the fryer. Add some chips and a few onion rings and it really does make for a tasty meal. Beats the local chippy hands down. I like my fish fairly well done and my chips on the crispy side and to achieve this takes only 15 minutes in the fryer. Bear in mind this is for only one portion. For my first attempt at cooking chips via the preset (22 minutes) the final result was overcooked - but like before, it was for one portion. Take this into consideration. The only teeny weeny criticism I have of it is that it's larger than I thought it would be but then again I didn't take heed of the measurements so it's my fault really. Might be an idea to check them yourself before purchasing.

Lovely Air fryer, Best Invention in the last 10 years, Works great and cooks everything to perfection, Nice and loud too so you never miss the beep, Easy to move and clean and the settings are simple and easy to understand, Been using this for over a year now and its still going strong and cooks great, Will get a bigger one though as this is good for 2 people max.

Pretty much every decent air Fryer have flown off the shelves at Amazon and i was fortunate enough to get one of the last few of this model. I used it for Piri-Piri Chicken and Chips for my first outing, I actually peeled potatoes and seasoned raw chicken breasts instead of using frozen or pre cooked stuff. My Wife and i were delighted with the results especially the chips, possibly the best I have had in years since the old Chip pan had to be retir4ed when we had kids. Seriously though. This has great timer features and the presets are really good, but can be overridden if needed. Saves a LOT of time and therefore energy compared to cooking in the oven and easy enough to clean. I have yet to determine how durable it is but I am more than happy with this right now.

My second air-fryer, the first one lasted over 6 years and still works but was showing its age so I decided to upgrade to a new one. This hasn't disappointed so far, the capacity is fine for 1 or 2 people and cooks quickly and nicely, I've done several different meals in it and each one came out perfectly. I haven't tried using the presets yet I've only manually set the time time and temp as I did with my old one and will probably carry on doing so. The instructions to use it could be a lot better but that's the only negative to date, still you don't need to be a genius to work it out for yourself. I bought this while it was discounted and it offers good value for money either as a first time buy or if you have had one before.

I purchased the 5l knob version, and loved everything about it! But... after using it once most days, something gave up the ghost, the thing worked perfectly, but the basket was no longer secure in the drawer/pan. I was never 100% sure that the little plastic bit on the top of the handle was ideal, but it was something else that failed, I could no longer shake the basket in the pan, and taking out the pan and basket meant supporting it with an oven glove. I looked at replacing it, and noticed that Uten do a bigger version the 7.5l with touch screen, there is no separate basket, just a grill that fixes securely inside the pan, so the problem I had with the small one will never be an issue! Amazon as usual were brilliant when I contacted them about the problem I was having, they offered me a partial refund, but I declined as it just wasnt safe to use any more. They then asked me to return it for a full refund. My 7.5l arrived promptly and its vastly superior.... I especially like the buzzer when the cooking is complete, with the knob version there was only a single ping!... you are lucky if you hear that in my house!!!! Anyway.... thank you Uten, thank you Amazon... blown away by my new shiny air fryer, which incidentally takes up very little extra space than the smaller version! Dont think about it... just buy one... they're BRILLIANT!

Don't buy an ordinary air fryer I did and regret it This air fryer oven is the best my sister came to stay a few days and told me about this I ordered it it came next day and what a bargain. I do most of our cooking in this now saving a small fortune on energy costs And if you have used an air fryer before its the same principle if not 2 days and you would fine is simple enough. No greasy food crispy bacon and roast potatoes are the best Don't think about buying just get I guarantee you will love it

Great saves time

Absolutely brilliant would recommend to anyone very quick and easy and nice to keep clean. its quite big would suit a family of four maybe more. Nice and quiet doesn't make an awful lot of noise I love the fact that it buzzes when it's finished.
