shampoo and conditioner are great, but when the box got here both lids were undone and leaking

For the past year or two, I've been searching for products to help my thinning hair. I came across this shampoo and conditioner set, and decided to give it a try. I'm SO glad I did!! I could honestly tell a difference in how my hair felt after only one use. I'm amazed! Not only is this product effective, it's made from all natural ingredients, which is very important to me. As an added bonus, it smells absolutely incredible! It's a nice, thick consistency, so a little goes a long way. I'm excited to keep using this, and see more benefits along the way. This product works for my friend but not for me. At first I didn’t see the difference it smelled great and I was super happy with the way my hair felt. After about 1 month of using it my hair started to fall out, I had normal fallout on a daily basis but with this shampoo and conditioner it was coming off in a large amount of strands. I was so scared I stop using it when I realized it was the shampoo. Hopefully my hair grows back because I’ve lost so much.Update* 12/4/21My hair has grown back and the company reached out to me and they offered to send me the Biotin version which may be much better for my kind of hair. I’m excited to try the biotin shampoo and conditioner. This company has a wonderful costumer service.

I just order and have only it once. Had a very difficult time getting the pump to work. Finally just took it off and poured it out. I am looking forward to continuing use as I have heard good things about the product.

Normally my husband uses the basic 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner, I repeatedly tell him not to, but he never listens. Out of nowhere he tells me that he wants to try out a new one, and after researching a bunch of different SEPARATE ones, we found this. My husband won’t stop telling about how he loves this Shampoo and Conditioner! Honestly, his hair is smoother, smells great and made a great choice by listening to me lolWe definitely recommend this!

My wife would always complain about the more generic brands of shampoo and conditioner saying that they made her hair feel dry and unhealthy. So I bought these and she can't stop thanking me for how amazing it is! Her hair feels so smooth and I even noticed a difference in the thickness!! Absolutely love it!!! Shampoo top came broken so I have to take the whole top off and get shampoo from bottle. It lathers well and smells good but that’s it. I feel like my hair fell out more with this shampoo but I’ve only used it once so we’ll see. Also a word in the directions is misspelled, is this a legit product? I’m kinda worried

I've used the shampoo and conditioner for a week now and I can tell a big difference. I have long, thin hair. I shed like crazy but especially when I shower, sleep or brush. I love the smell of the shampoo. It smells very tropical. I also noticed that when I wash my hair I'm not losing clumps like I used to. Ill keep using this shampoo and conditioner as long as my hair responds.
