This pullout shelf exceeded my expectations! The build quality is solid, the wood feels premium, and the glide mechanism is extremely smooth and quiet. Installation was straightforward, and it fit perfectly inside my cabinet without any issues. It instantly added more organization and made my spices/oils so much easier to access. If you’re looking to maximize cabinet space and want something that looks and feels high-end, this is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

I knew when I ordered this that it was too long for my non-standard bathroom double sink cabinet. But after examining the photo it looked like I could probably cut it down the amount needed if no hidden issues came up. In fact, the surprise was how well-designed and solidly but smartly constructed this was, out of solid, dense wood products. Reasonably long, good quality countersunk screws - many of them! - held everything together while still making disassembly possible. (It comes fully assembled and ready to install, which is usually an advantage to the purchaser.) I was able to trim 5/8" off the back end of all the horizontal members, redrill for the shelf pegs, drill and screw the top rails down a bit lower, and shorten the back upright a couple inches to avoid the ledger board that supported the countertop in the back. The cuts were smooth and clean, and the wood, a hard, fine-grained manufactured wood product (not particleboard), had no voids. The unit was every bit as strong on reassembly as it was originally, the screws having good solid material to grip into, and no screws stripped or slipped. I am so happy that the wasted area between the two sinks can now be easily accessible and orderly storage! (Others may be wondering if the glide track works smoothly and if the door panel can be mounted easily and securely. Yup! That too!)

Very well made, I feel like I got my money’s worth. I installed two similar racks from a different manufacturer,; this rack was so much easier to install.

This Rev-A-Shelf sliding cabinet is very well built! We were surprised that it came fully assembled, and it was very easy to install. We had a bit of an issue with leveling it so would slide in and out without hitting the sides of the cabinet. That was more of a problem with the inside of the cabinet not being level, rather than the Rev-A-Shelf. We were able to easily solve that by shimmin up under one side. I do have a concern with how close the shelves are to each other. It makes it nearly impossible to pull things out of the bottom shelves, because there are side rails on the shelves that do not fold down. With all of the shelves in, there is only a couple of inches between the rail and the next shelf up.I really wish that they would fold down to get things out and put them back in with ease. I am almost at the point where I need to remove a shelf, because I'm constantly wrestling things in and out of the bottom shelves. The top shelf is brilliant! It is just open to the top of the cabinet. Overall, I'd say it was a really good buy. It is a quality item for a decent price, and it did it require any specialty tools to install. We did not have a problem converting our hinged cabinet door with the new pull out style. The small cabinet was almost useless before, and now I do not have to empty out the whole cabinet each time I want something from the back. By installing this sliding cabinet, we have definitely upgraded the lower cabinet. I would recommend this, and I think it's a good buy. It is a quality sliding cabinet for the price. It is solid and sturdy enough for daily use. We expected a particle board situation for this price, but it's not it's very solid.

Going on 2 years after I installed this in my kitchen and no issues

Very high quality. Hardware is top notch. Easy to install. The only reason why I’m giving it 3 stars is because the unit is exactly 6 1/2” wide. My cabinet width was also 6 1-2” wide. So, it doesn’t slide smoothly, and the soft close doesn’t work because of the friction. I added some UHME strips to the sides so it operates smoother. My bad for checking the dimensions I guess, but I made my own cabinets and could’ve made the cabinet 1/4” wider. I recommend that this does not get installed in an 8” cabinet.

Perfect for our application. Extremely well-made, was fairly easy to install and serves the purpose for which we purchased it - to reach into a very narrow (about 8" wide) lower 24" deep cabinet. Slides well, looks very nice, shelves are adjustable and removable - we are using only 2 shelves to store tall bottles.

My wife and recently moved into a new construction home. While the kitchen cabinets are beautiful hand-crafted pieces from a local cabinetmaker, there were really no-frills or useful accessories. For a number of reasons, I needed time-savers versus building my own, and Rev-A-Shelf to the rescue! First, this unit is STURDY and well-built! It rides on a triple setup of ball bearing, full extension slides for smooth operation when filled. Second, this was a SNAP for me to install - 33 minutes from pulling the shelves out and the door off of the narrow base cabinet to having it installed with the door perfectly positioned on the pull-out! Granted, I'm more advanced than just a DIYer, but even so this is a wonderfully straight-forward install - position as instructed, screw down the base, install the top slide guides, mount the cabinet door, and enjoy! I personally found 4 shelves unusable for my needs given how tall my bottle of cooking oils are and the size of the containers I choose for my spices. So, I adjusted the unit to a 3-shelf configuration and it works beautifully! EXCELLENT product!

I love this! We had a custom 9" base cabinet made for the kitchen, not much would really suit this, so we hunted around for a pull out for it. Measured the space and it fits perfectly, (when it arrives, if your handy and can follow instructions it shouldnt be hard) the only issue we felt may be tricky is putting the door cover on the front. But we loaded this with all our spices in glass mason jars, you need to be careful as it doesnt have a slow or self close, but we don't find the need to slam it closed as there is weight behind it. To us it is worh every penny, its sturdy, useful and solved a space issue perfectly!

It's good, but for the price, I expected better. I bought it due to the Rev-A-Shelf reputation and am disappointed. The wood splits easily. The unit leans a bit, so it lacks structural rigidity, which I believe will get worse with wear. The holes for the shelf supports weren't properly drilled. On the positive side, it was fully assembled and easy to install.

Easy enough to install, but the track sticks. I can pull it out about half way and it seizes. Then have to pull really hard to get it out fully. Same when I close it. Awful. I’ve tried everything, taking it all apart, spraying the tracks with silicone lubricant, checking for obstructions, etc. Still no luck. This was an expensive item, but I wish I’d paid more for the Blum soft close slides, these ones are terrible.
