Really useful inset to help eliminate pain
I have one leg longer than the other and my podiatrist recommended these insets after he examined me. They have been a huge help at getting rid of the pain I was feeling in my thigh ( which I mistakenly thought was a groin strain) . Apparently it is a common problem which my physio identified. I have bought several more - highly recommended

They do lift your heel
Very hard material with almost no give I prefer gel inserts.
