I purchased the 25 steel bone one and its just as good as the $75 one I had to replace. I am not using this for waist training. I injured my lower back and found that a sturdy waist trainer gives me a lot of ease by keeping my posture straight and the added pressure is like a massage. I will be buying the extra small soon and put it away because I’m at the last eye loop on the small standing at 5’ 4” and 110 lbs. I suggest to select one size down because of the wide lead way. Extremely comfortable, very good quality, fits like a glove and worth every dime.

After being 4 months postpartum I decided it was time to get my body back, this made the process easier as it was flexible and the material wasn't too hard on me .It fits like a glove around me.

This is a good waist trainer I would say for beginners. Once you get it on it is comfortable and it's not stabby but the stitching around the top and bottom may give you a bit of a rug burn -ish effect. So I definitely would suggest wearing a tank top underneath. My personal issue with this is my waist is a 29 relaxed so according to the size chart I should have gotten a small but I know better. So I went with the extra small and as you can see in the photo it's already on the last hook so I have nowhere to go from here and they don't have an extra extra small. So for my experienced waist training girlies this one has just a little bit too much give for me.

Just buy it!! I've tried so many of these, and this one is a winner! Great quality materials, it's long enough to cover my entire torso, and I love how it reshapes my body! I ordered a medium. I'm 5' ,130 lbs, have had 4 babies (3 V & 1 C), and my youngest is 20 months. I have a mommy fupa. I wear a size medium and a 6 short in pants. The jeans in the photos are a size 4, and I normally don't wear them, because I look like a can of busted biscuits, but with the trainer, I feel confident wearing them. I am on the 3rd row now, and I can't wait until I need a size small!

Omg Amazing!This is the first corset that actually shapes you to hour glass and is highly reinforced! It’s very hard to out on, just about impossible if you have nails. I had to have my boyfriend help me and we were both straining. However. Once it’s on you feel the shaping benefits/ it’s so beautiful it looks like it should be outside your clothing. This is the one!!!!

I have ordered the 25 steel boned corset twice and had to return twice. The size chart on the product said I should order a 3XL based on my measurements. When it came, it was way too big. I could immediately go to the 4th row and the underbust area had a gap. It wasnt touching my skin in that area. So I returned it to get a XXL but when i got back on Amazon, it recommended size Medium based on my measurements. I thought no way that will fit but I decided to order an XL since it seemed to run big. Well guess what....the XL is too small. Should have stuck with my instinct & gotten the XXL. I'm 5'6" 220lbs waist 40.5inches for reference. I'll update if the XXL fits. Will also note that my 2nd package came in a ripped bag so not a good vibe. The corset itself looks to be well made & my main goal is to use it for back pain relief. I had one years ago & it helped tremendously but you have to have the correct size.Hoping this 3rd one will be right. As of right now though, I cannot recommend.

!!! I TOTALLY RECOMMEND !!!!So I'm about 5'4 highth, weigh about 167 lbs and my waist size is 34 inch and my hip is 39 inch around. I was thinking of getting a large but I'm glad I didn't cause I don't want to buy one and it already cinched in all the way and have to buy another in a few month in. Just because y'all are same highth and weigh the same dose not mean that size will fit. My mom weighs less then I do but she can't wear the medium (we tried mine on her). We carry our weight in our belly so she will need to get a large. But I hope this will help some women cause I was trying to find answers like this and it was mostly about weight and height not much of y'all's waist and hip size. Also I have worked out in my cincher a few times already and it DOSE NOT fold. Maybe the top a bit where their isnt any boning but it's still just as comfy as they come (I LOVE MINE) I can't wait to get another so I have my workout cincher and my outgoing one. Also just within about a week it's already starting to flatten the top part of my belly (like I said I carry my fat in my belly) and I've had 3 babies. Get this if you are wanting to help with your belly and to help with your back as well.

I have been buying this brand now for three years and every time I try to save cost and buy a different brand, I always regret it. I love it, the hold, the comfortability, the quality, all top notch.

I ordered a S, but they delivered a XS, which turned out great, because a S would have been too large. My waist is 26 inch (1.62 cm height/51 kg) and I use the second row of hooks, but I probably should use the 3rd. No matter how much weight I lose, I always have a pot belly. After wearing it for 9 hours, that’s completely gone. I notice that it’s trying to give me an hourglass figure, which is great because I’m completely straight. It’s really comfy to wear and flexible. I wore it the first day for 9 hours without a problem. Today (day 2), I wore it 13 hours. Good for your posture as well and makes you feel “secure” if that makes sense. I wanted to add a before and after pic, but I don’t have the option to upload pics. Definately worth the money!
