PURE CLAY Food Grade Organic Calcium Bentonite Clay Powder, Internal and External Deep Cleansing, Daily Detox Drink, Face Mask, Body Mud, & Toothpaste - 16 oz

Oh, I have an idea! I am going to take 4-5 tablespoons of Pure Clay and make a smooth but not too thick paste - enough for light layer to spread over as much skin surface as I can reach. The next part is the challenge, as I am not the type to run around the house naked. I suppose I will have to confine myself to the bathroom, but that's okay because I can rearrange my medicine chest items, clean out a few other bathroom drawers, do the toilet and sink, fold some laundry, pour the bath. Before I know it, 15 or 20 minutes will have passed and I will then sink into a nice warm tub and luxuriate as the clay dissolves into the water. I'm dreaming of this now, as I write. Can you tell how much I love this stuff? As the name implies, it's Pure Clay. I don't see how it can get better than this. The clay is extremely finely ground making for a very dense 1 lb. tub, which will last a long time. Mixing less than a tsp. of it is plenty for a nice facial mask. Nothing but 100% pure calcium bentonite clay - no contaminants, no preservatives, nothing else, so it's good enough to ingest. Which brings me to another favorite thing about Pure Clay. You can drink it to rebalance your stomach pH. Go ahead and google the alkalizing properties of bentonite clay. This isn't new information, and I continue to believe it's something which the pharmaceutical companies would rather we didn't know about. If you rebalance the pH of your stomach, you will likely eliminate the need for things like antacids. I don't know how many people with acid stomach problems I've told this to and they give me that blank, whatever-are-you-talking-about stare. I know first hand that the need to balance one's gut is the answer to a plethora of sicknesses - such as the evil h.pylori bacteria. So now Pure Clay is at the top of my list of everyday essentials - both topical and internal and I have most definitely already noticed a huge difference in my gastric health. Huge! I'm equally hopeful about the possible benefits which its calcium may provide for my bone-on-bone knees, but it might take a few months longer to know those effects, so I will have to weigh in on that later. I could go on, I really could, but I have laundry to fold and a bath to take.

Wow! I love this stuff. I am "new" to Bentonite, but, lucky enough that it captured my interest. I did much research on the benefits of Bentonite clay and am using it for internal purposes. I mix it as instructed and take one serving (along with some whole Psyllium husks) in the morning and one serving when I get home from work. It has me regular in one weeks time and I no longer get bloated after eating. Also, the gurgling within my digestive tract (which I have learned to "live with" over the years) has subsided significantly and, although I haven't lost any weight yet, I feel "lighter". I am really enjoying this product and may use it for other purposes in the future, but right now, I will continue to use it for internal detox only. I am very glad that I got this product!!! Update: 2016/05/30 - And the benefits just continue to amaze. Adding the use of Pure Clay to my health regimen has cleared up my night-blindness. For (at least) the last 10 years, I have been "a danger to myself and others" when I've had to drive at night. I didn't recognize this when it was first happening to me, but, it took its hold and had altered my life dramatically. I used to be able to leave my house at 10:00pm and drive through the night when going to visit family that lived far away. Then, without warning, this was a thing of the past. I didn't understand how or why; and I don't / didn't think I was old enough or had put enough wear and tear on my eyes that this should have been the case. In trying to retake control of my health, this was a recent addition to the dietary changes and supplement additions I started at the beginning of this year. When I started taking the Bentonite, my night blindness significantly improved after about two or three weeks. I didn't, however, know that this was responsible for that. I have been using a shotgun approach towards improving my health and have been taking almost 20 supplements, daily. I stopped taking the Bentonite (and also stopped taking Psyllium) and my night-blindness returned. Added these two things (mixed together with MCT oil) back into my daily regimen and "blammo"!!! I can drive at night once again. As I am now quite convinced that it was this (as opposed to any of the other stuff I am taking) that improved my vision, I "WON'T" make the mistake of not taking them again. This whole thing was unexpected and was never a goal. It is just a wonderful ancillary benefit that has provided even more of an impact than the reason I started using the Bentonite in the first place!!! If you have night-blindness and you strongly don't think this should be the case, you should consider trying this stuff. It is working wonders for me!!!

Very satisfied with this product, very good quality, helped a lot while going my detox

I just go mine. Let it over the night in the fridge as it says in the instructions and obviously the clay separates from the water, layed on the bottom of the glass but I don't know what to drink the water or the clay which is in the bottom. Do I mix the consistency and drink 1 spoon as first? Who tried it for internal detox write a comment here please.
