Really hard to know if a supplement is working or not, especially when you are taking more than one. I can attest to the fact that the taste is pleasing and I don’t mind taking them at all.

I take one every morning first thing, let it dissolve in my mouth. No labs to support my level, but my brain is sharp at 70+.

A much better B12 product than the questionable "store brands" I was taking that you swallow and your body doesn't absorb squat! I feel a nice all-day effect from this NOW brand that doesn't resemble so called "energy" pill garbage. It dissolves quickly under the tongue, and I can tell the difference in mind and body. This is a nice supplement, especially if your not big into eating fruits and vegetables, or making health foods like me.
