This toy is very heavy and my pit-bull looses interest in it quickly. Also too small, so she cannot bite on it and have someone hold it as dogs like to pull things. I bought the ball version and she plays a lot with that. A redesign to make it more practical would make it great. Material itself is very very durable.

The Goughnuts Original Medium Dog Chew Toy Ring has been a game changer for my aggressive chewer! My dog is a heavy-duty chewer, and I’ve tried numerous toys that just couldn’t stand up to his enthusiasm. However, this chew ring has proven to be incredibly durable and has held up remarkably well. I love that it’s designed specifically for tough chewers, and the rubber material is safe and non-toxic. My dog is obsessed with it and spends hours happily gnawing away without any signs of wear and tear. The bright color is also a nice touch, making it easy to spot in the grass during outdoor playtime. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with this purchase! I bought this toy (the green ring) for my boxer based on a lot of positive reviews saying that these last through aggressive chewing sessions... unfortunately this didn't even last through 1 session with my dog. I received this dog toy Aug 2nd around 1pm in the afternoon and by 2pm a chunk was taken out lol...kinda suck because I had high hopes for this dog toy thinking this would be the one especially since they aren't cheap...I'll be contacting the company in hopes I could take advantage of the warranty...I'll update if and when I speak with the company and depending the outcome I'll change the rating. ***UPDATE*** So I spoke with Amazon Thursday morning and they tried to contact the seller while I was on hold...after 5-10 mins the Amazon rep returned staying they couldn't get in touch with the seller but that I could return it to them (Amazon) for a full refund...good on Amazon...I am going to keep the rating at 1 star though because the toughness is just not good enough.
