Do I have control over the rotation of individual skewers?

If you can decide if skewers rotate but all of them what I do if I only need 2 to rotate I only put 2 skewers but I can assure you that it has been my best purchase it is very useful, it uses very little electricity and the gar skewers last me forever I am very happy with this purchase
