Buy Freed: The #1 Sunday Times bestseller: 3 (Fifty Shades, 3) by James, E L from desertcart's Fiction Books Store. Everyday low prices on a huge range of new releases and classic fiction. Review: The Highlight of My Reading Year! - This novel filled my heart with glee. It was everything I had hoped for and more. I never wanted it to end. Nine years ago this month, I first discovered Ana & Christian and ever since then their story has had a special place in my heart, so to get another book from Christian’s POV made me giddy with happiness. Freed flowed perfectly from the end of Darker, giving the reader brand new chapters to devour. I was once again in Christian Grey heaven. Brand new scenes and more delightful emails to enjoy (I pretty much swooned my way through those). Throughout most of this story, I found myself with a huge grin on my face and laughing out loud at Christian’s sense of humour. Just like the previous books, this one gave me all the feels and I have to say that reading some of the more emotional scenes felt even more heartbreaking from Christian’s perspective. I’m not ashamed to say that I felt a little teary in some parts. It was once again an eye opening experience, discovering Christian’s true thoughts and feelings. He is such a beautiful man. And then to finish off was the most gorgeous epilogue. By the time I had turned the final page my heart was full and I felt even more in love with Christian & Ana, which I didn’t think was possible. In my opinion, if you loved the Fifty Shades Series, reading these books told from Christian’s outlook are a must. I have adored every single one and after finishing Freed, I feel a reread of the entire series is due. I just can’t get enough of Mr & Mrs Grey and I secretly hope that maybe one day in the future EL James will gift us with another book or even a novella. Hell, I’d be happy with even a new paragraph. I’m always greedy for more when it comes to Fifty Shades. Freed exceeded my expectations. It was absolute perfection from the get-go. I will now be jumping straight into the audiobook and watching the movies again. I’m obsessed and I don’t care one bit! Thank you, EL James, for giving us so much more. What a journey it has been. Review: A Touching End! - I have loved each and every book and have read the originals. Many times. The Christian side of their story books are fairly new to me but I have found them equally as good - if not better than the originals. Filling in the much needed gaps and answering so many questions! Would be lovely to have a Taylor's view of his employee as well dontcha think!

Book good, but condition was somewhat poor
The book itself is good so far, if you have read the rest you won't be disappointed. However, as a book lover I care about the condition of my books, and there were some damages to the book when it arrived. Not enough to have it returned, but enough to make me bothered about it. An plus is that I got it much quicker than advertised. Happy reading!

Here's more, much more, to whet the imagination
At last! But it's proved well worth the wait. ELJ's involvement with her characters has not lessened one iota despite the passing of the years. Yes, there's the occasional repetition of an already familiar phrase, but just how many ways are there of describing an orgasm??? What we now have is the opportunity to read the full accounts of Ana and Christian side-by-side. It's well worth doing not just for the insights into what each is thinking at any one time, but also for filling in sequentially the intriguing gaps in Ana's and Christian's individual narratives; the anguish surrounding the abduction of Mia I found particularly well-handled. I can only wonder at the depth and precision of ELJ's forward planning of the entire saga. The story of the freeing of Christian stops just short of where Ana's tale ends; he experiences his first couple of months of fatherhood, but it goes no further. For me that's no bad thing. I rather viewed the final portion in Ana's tale when their son is a bit older, though typically beautifully written, as something of an add-on; and I feared that if ELJ were also to take Christian through to that point, we might have ended up with something like the almost pointless - and I think, cheesy - epilogue which for me ruins Malpas's One Night Unveiled. But that is to do ELJ's judgement a huge injustice...! I won't be bothering with the film. There's more, much more, to whet the imagination - from tiny details in the emails to Christian's italicised silent musings - within each and every page of the books. Thank you ELJ.

She did it again. Absolutely brilliant.
I was a massive can of the first three books. I adored the stories so much, I have read them on numerous occasions. When I found out that there was going to be a book written from Christian's point of view i was so excited, but I didn't want read the books as they were written, I wanted to read all of them in one delicious 😋 sitting, and boy in boy I'm so glad that I did. I loved them so much and I know that just as with first three books, I will be reading them over and over again. Thank you so much for this wonderful story of, passion, healing, love and hope. Well done Me James. Simply sublime.

so good!
I thoroughly enjoyed Christians POV, it brings him more to life. It also helped to fill in the gaps from Anas viewpoint, for example how Christian was as a child
