一般的な薄型のヨガマットです。十分使えます。価格もかなり安め（ネット価格）実店舗ではもう少し安いものもあると思いますが自分は年中仕事で買い物もなかなか行けないので配達込みでこの価格なら全く問題ありません。

It works even though it is a bit thin. But already works for me who won’t use it too often. Generally good.

I don't slip and its softer than a hard floor. Worth the cost but will definitely not last forever

It's a gorgeous restful color and it does give good support. Imprints are slow to fill in but will disappear after a while. However, I'm surprised at how slippery it is, even before I get sweaty. Some days, downward facing dog feels like quite the risky pose when one isn't confident that one's hands will stay where they need to. I'll deal with it until it needs replacing and likely go with another brand at that point.
