Take one a day with food and a glass of water, after 3 days see how you feel. This is a different kind of b complex that isn’t absorbed by everyone , so do you fact checking, See how your constitution reacts. After a week my energy level came up, a real boost.

I love the fact that this multi uses methylcobalamin from healthy meat sources (wild caught fish, etc) and not methylcobalamin produced via a lab (Saccharomyces cerevisiae). I tried those other versions several times, and they just don’t provide the brain support that I need. This multi does. Hats off to Ancient Nutrition for sticking to what really works for those of us who need the REAL methylcobalamin!
