These light bulbs are extremely bright with electricity, they dim a bit when when you shut off the light. It is perfect lighting for both regular conditions and blackouts. Highly recommend this product for everyone who likes to be prepared for any situation. One thing to note: these light bulbs are larger than your Average light bulb.

Great for when u loose power

Easy to assemble. Good deal of light. Sturdy bulbs. Gonna order another set. Even right now power just went out. Had these. Everybody happy.

So far they seem to work with charging in a regular lamp that is open. I am giving it a 3-star because they are way too big. They don't fit in average lamps that enclosed, only ones that are open to the ceiling. While this may be ok for most people, others have regular table lamps that they just won't work in. If they were normal size bulbs I would probably give it a 5-star rating.

The bulbs are not bright enough for 80 watt equivalent bulbs, they flicker constantly, and they are too big.

I think the concept is awesome! However, the light doesn’t really stay on when the power goes out. After a power failure you have to unplug the lamp and put a clip across the prong of the lamp cord then the light will work. Purchased a 4 pack of bulbs, one clip included. Also bulbs are so huge that they will not fit in any of our lamps except the floor lamp. Not sure if I would have ordered knowing these things.

The lights do not last a long time as it says. Don't really like that you have to keep your lights on to charge and they are to large for regular lamps. I had to end up taking my shades off to charge them.
