Works well in 2005 Honda s2000
Purchased and installed for six months Sept - Mar. 2005 Honda s2000 with aftermarket SPEC-D halo housings. Installed these as Low beam D2S HID replacement due to failed OEM HID drivers. Installed these LEDs after cutting and splicing into OEM harness. Posi-products posi-tite weatherproof & reusable inline splices made it simple. The best light pattern was achieved by threading the bulb all the way into the housing. Very pleased with brightness and pattern in these projector housings. Much whiter and brighter than halogens. Deer strike collision forced replacement of one bulb. Email to customer service was handled quickly two days and bulb only replacements are available for $36 delivered. Excellent service for China. 4 out of 5 stars for adjustable collar design. My D2S housing is recessed making the set screw inaccessible (Allen wrench) after bulb is installed. Fortunately, the best light pattern for the SPEC-D housings required full insertion which tightened the bulb case firmly against the headlight housing. No issues with these bulbs after six months of daily rough rural road driving. Purchased replacement bulb due to collision damage. I would definitely recommend these LEDs as cost effective replacements for OEM D2S HID . Replacement bulb was a two week turn-around from email to installation which is amazing considering the logistics. You can buy with confidence.

Good for a 4 MZ philips sided bulb but not the best performer
LED only are marketed as 10400 Lumens but when measured the output at 20 ft is about 6000 to 8000 lumens. Granted my personal measurements are not repeated in duplicate and with standardized equipment but the light output seems to be lower than the one LED I find which appears brighter and is also marketed as 10400 lumens.Overall the cutoff was good but this as with SNGL due to the non-staggered square LED layout and the flared cutoffs make significant darkspots on the passenger side. The beam appears to be skewed for a right hand side car as I see it with the longer throw on the left. The span is not as broad which is different from the stock halogens but is still good. With the price for a 4 side MZ Philips LED with flared cutoffs this bulb is the lowest I found. However for the price point there are better performing bulbs that use the FLIP chips versus the MZ which give better beam control and allow staggering on the bulb.

So far better than HID's
Ive tried most of the HID kits on the market from cheap to expensive and have had reliability problems with all of them, hence the reason I decided to try this LED kit when my ballasts crapped out. I installed these in morimoto aftermarket d2s retrofit projectors.Pros: instant start up and good light output. seems to be on par with a 55w hid system. thus far has been very reliable and the color is great.Cons: for d2s these were not a direct plug and play. Not a deal breaker, just had to rewire some connectors. There are no instructions for "tuning" the beam by rotating the bulb. Getting it right in a projector can be a little tricky I think I got it after some trial and error. While these are very compact they might not fit in some headlight housings.

Almost there
I like the adjust-ability, but due to space constraints I couldn't dial it in perfectly.I did notice some hot spots/dead spots of the lighting when I installed and by rotating it you shift the hotspot/dead area. Not as good as the hids I already had (which had more even in lighting). But the advantages of being instant on is very good. My hids takes ~5-6 seconds to get to the right temp.It didn't come with a connectors just wires (d2s version), which isn't a big deal at all. If your attempting to do the install just remember you might have to cut/splice wire, so ask a friend if you don't feel comfortable.

I have been using these bulbs for the last 6 months they are very bright but now the left led bulb had a problem and it keeps flicking on and off and it appears as though the electric adapter that serves the connection between the switch and the led bulb is faulty. Is it possible to purchase these transformers separately?I contacted the sellers and once I explained the problem, they immediately replaced my order.I was very impressed with the level of service I received from them.

Replaced faulty bmw xenon system
Works great! Replaced factory Adaptive Xenons headlights on 06 BMW X5 E53. Kept getting error codes on factory system...replaced ballasts, control modules and xenon bulbs, but factory system still detected errors and would shut down headlight circuit. I bought this LED as a last ditch effort before jerryrigging a new circuit. I just spliced LED ballast to xenon ballasts inside housing, swapped out D2 bulbs and worked instantly. Just did focus adjustment, and good to go. No codes, no blinking, no need to put in codes canceling devices either. Voltage/amp compares with factory sytstem so fault free intall. Really bright..much brighter than xenons when they worked.

Best LEDs I've come across. Great visibility and easy to install. Don't buy the cheap bulbs
Love them! They're really bright, perfect color, and very easy to install (on an 02 dodge ram anyways). but if youre driving an older model vehicle, I recommend buying the VOUKE anti flickering canbus wiring kit ($18) to prevent any flickering/dash codes. That's the best kit out there. But I have had no issues so with these LEDs since ive bought them and cannot see myself going back to halogen bulbs cause these have me spoiled. You definitely get what you pay for!
