Any suggestions on storage? i bought a 5 pound bag. does it keep well in tupperware or plastic ziplock bags?

I keep my 5 pound bag in a storage container in my cupboard and it does just fine! No refrigerator needed!

Can I ground it finer in a electric mill for a instant chicory?

I’m not familiar with “instant chicory”, but it can be ground to a finer granual.

Google says chickory does not contain gluten.
