Hi! Yes, you get different sizes of balloons! It comes with a long piece of plastic with holes in it. You stick the end of the balloon in and once you get them all in the plastic, it will look like an arch! You will have to find something like a command hook to fasten it to the wall or whatever you want it too attached to it won’t stand on its own.
